Opendesk – Returns Policy

Opendesk Returns Policy:

We believe all our makers won’t let a piece of furniture leave their workshop unless they are 100% happy with the finish, and are confident you will love your Opendesk.

Once your item has been delivered please check it over and admire the lovely finish. If the finish is not so lovely and you are unhappy with the final product we will happily replace or refund any item that is damaged, incomplete or inconsistent with your order.

All refunds and returns need to be claimed within 14 days of delivery. Please email us, ideally with some pictures of the damage or other issues you have for our team to review. Once reviewed they will get back to you with details on how is best to return the item and either issue you a full refund, arrange for a repair or order you a replacement.
